Everything else in the area is far more expensive or not as great quality. There is always PLENTY of parking, the pools are awesome, and it’s a cute neighborhood. It also feels very safe in this area of town, so I felt comfortable living here with my baby boy. I highly recommend Towne Square Apartments! Lisa Amos and the staff are very helpful.

Again, “WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Apartment to anyone. Mold throughout, and car break ins daily possibly staff. These people are all about money and couldn't care less about their residents. If anyone else is having issues please contact me as we are setting up a class action lawsuit against them. 1991 S Tumbleweed Ln has 5 parks within 12.7 miles, including City of Chandler Environmental Education Center, Pecos Park, and i.d.e.a. Museum. Towne Square Apartment Homes has 3 parks within 7.8 miles, including Pecos Park, South Mountain Park, and ASU Center for Meteorite Studies.

They have an extreme bee problem near the main pool which is the only one ever open. I only wish I could post pictures with this review to show you the horror which has been almost 1 year of my life. This apartment complex and the apartment itself were wonderful when we first moved in.
The walls are so thin can hear every neighbor who are up at all hours. Have lived in many aparmtnes and this is by far the worst I have come across. Apartment was not cleaned when I first moved in, carpet was so dusty. Great location near mall, that’s the only thing is has going for it. Overpriced for what you get, I could be in a luxury apartment with the prices and far better conditions and upgrades.
